NaifyView\Executor\InheritanceRuntime クラス
InheritanceRuntime — テンプレート継承とブロック描画の窓口をまとめる
ルートの継承処理と個々のブロックの出力は、それぞれの担当へ委譲する。
ASTを直接実行する経路の内部部品。通常の描画にはView::render()を使う。
