TemplateScopeBindRuntime — 呼び出し先へ渡す変数をwith式から組み立てる
代入先の名前と式を解析し、呼び出し元のスコープで値を評価する。
ASTを直接実行する経路の内部部品。通常の描画にはView::render()を使う。
